EA Community Student Code of Conduct

Please read and sign below.

Welcome to EA Community. This is a space where every young person deserves to feel safe, respected, and supported. Our community works best when we agree to take care of ourselves and each other. By participating in EA Community, students agree to:

1. Respect Others Treat everyone with kindness and dignity. No bullying, harassment, teasing, or exclusion. Differences in background, identity, and opinions are respected.

2. Create a Safe Space Use words and actions that make others feel safe. Physical aggression, threats, or unsafe behavior are not allowed.

3. Listen and Participate Give others a chance to speak. Participate in discussions and activities in a positive and supportive way. 4. Respect Property Take care of EA Community equipment, supplies, and the facility. Clean up after activities.

5. Protect Privacy Personal stories shared in discussions stay confidential. We do not share others’ private information outside the group.

6. Follow Staff Guidance Students agree to follow instructions from staff and volunteers to keep everyone safe.

7. Be Responsible for Personal Items EA Community is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. Students should keep valuables at home.

8. Technology Use Phones and devices may only be used when appropriate for activities. Recording others without permission is not allowed. EA Community is committed to helping students learn and grow. If this code is not followed, staff will address the behavior through conversation, guidance, and when necessary, parent involvement.
