What Volunteers Do

Volunteers support youth programming through roles like:

  • Welcome & Check-In Support (greeting families, helping with sign-in, guiding kids to activities)

  • Activity Support (board games, group discussions, journaling time, creative stations)

  • Homework / Study Support (encouragement and help with focus, not replacing a teacher)

  • Mentor Support (positive presence, listening, helping kids practice communication skills)

  • Event Support (set up, clean up, snack station support, crowd flow)

  • Tech & Media Support (helping with supervised youth content creation, backgrounds, basic recording support)

You’ll never be expected to do anything you’re not trained for.
